Ticket System Enhancements
We’re pleased to announce that we’ve refreshed our ticket & support system. The most noticeable change is a collapse in the number of categories for support.
While a good attempt was made to funnel tickets into certain areas and queues, we’ve found it a better experience to provide more general areas to submit tickets. (KISS :-)
Note: As part of this change, your tickets may have been moved to a different category.

CentOS VPS - CentOS 5.3 Virtual Server released
We are pleased to announce the release of our CentOS 5.3 image. The image is available immediately.
CentOS-5.3 is based on the upstream release EL 5.3.0, and includesRead the full announcement @ centos.org
packages from all variants including Server and Client. All upstream
repositories have been combined into one, to make it easier for end
users to work with. And the option to further enable external
repositories at install time is now available in the installer.
To install this image, simply select the CentOS 5.3 option from the build / base o/s page when installing a server.
